Refund policy
We have a 15-day free return policy for damages and defects, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will send you a return label to send the item back to us. Following the return, we will work with you to replace the item or issue you a full refund depending on your preferences.
Any returns due to buyer's remorse will need to be shipped back to us at your own expense. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to ship it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Credits/exchange/replacements will be given once received back at the warehouse and items have been determined to be in good condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hustlenest.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In most cases, we are happy to accept a return for a product you are not completely satisfied with. This will be determined on a case-to-case basis. However, you would have to cover the cost of return shipping. Get in touch with us and we will work with you to arrive at a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding order qualification for returns, kindly contact us on hello@hustlenest.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
